Volunteer opportunities are available year round and include:
Administration: We are seeking volunteers to support us in IT, Marketing, and external relations (ie. PR).
Programming: Volunteer to work with our youth! Opportunities exist within all our programs. We are always looking for adults interested in passing on skills such as: music, gardening, cooking, carpentry, and more!
Special Events: Volunteer with BGC Yukon at events such as fundraising BBQs, the Gift of Community Campaign, or the yearly auction!
Yukon Communities: Volunteer opportunities exist throughout the Yukon, not just Whitehorse! BGC Yukon is working with local collaborators (ie. Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Yukon) and community governments and members to expand our supports and services to communities.
